This week in 10th age, the students learned all about cells.  Be sure to ask them about some of the unique structures as they finish up their plant cell drawings for homework.

Ninth Age Celery Experiment

During ninth age science, the boys and girls got the chance to use the "scientific method".  Check out our "before, and after" celery.  Many hypotheses were correct!

Eighth age dissection

This week, the 8th agers dissected lima bean seeds.  It was a lot of fun to find the embryo!

Ninth age microscopes

Throughout the week, the ninth agers have enjoyed looking at many different things under the microscopes!

This week in class, the tenth agers had the opportunity to predict, create, and measure craters!

Currently in the 8th Age, our "scientists" had a frog race while measuring in centimeters.  It was a lot of fun to observe the red frog and green frog race down the meter sticks for our timed experiment.
